Buying Tickets

You can purchase tickets to Turku City Theatre’s performances both at the theatre’s box office and online.

Box office

Turku City Theatre’s box office ”Hallin Lippis” is situated in Turku Market Hall (Eerikinkatu 16, 20100 Turku). Normally, the box office is open Tuesday–Friday 11.00–18.00, Saturday 10.00–16.00.

The box office sells tickets without any additional service charges. The box office accepts cash and Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Eurocard credit cards.

The box offices in Logomo Theatre and Domino Theatre are open an hour prior the performance, unless the performance is sold out.

We do not refund or exchange purchased tickets.

Buying online

You can purchase tickets to Turku City Theatre’s performances online via Lippupiste.

Please note that a service charge will be added to the price of your ticket when you purchase tickets via Lippupiste.

Reserving tickets

You can reserve tickets in advance by calling us on +358 2 262 0030 (normal service hours Monday 9.00–16.00, Tuesday–Friday 9.00–18.00, Saturday 10.00–16.00), or by e-mailing us at kaupunginteatteri.myynti@turku.fi.

Reserved tickets can be purchased either at Turku City Theatre’s box office or at any of Lippupiste’s outlets, such as R-kioski convenience stores, and Sokos and Stockmann department stores. Please note that a service charge will be added to the price of your ticket when you purchase tickets via Lippupiste.

Tickets reserved via telephone or e-mail have to be purchased within two weeks from the reservation, or, if booking for a larger group, a month before the performance at latest.

Prices

Ticket prices vary from production to production. For most of our productions, there are concessions available for children, students, senior citizens and groups of 30 or more people.

Force majeure

Performances are only cancelled in the event of a force majeure.

In the event of a performance being cancelled, all purchased tickets will be exchanged or refunded. We request all customers to contact our box office or sales department within a month from the cancelled event.

Only the price of the ticket will be refunded. We unfortunately cannot refund other expenses such as Lippupiste’s service charges.
